(Rice chocolate Pudding with coconut milk)

1 coconut
2 tablespoons cocoa

1 lb. rice
1 cup sugar

Cinnamon or ginger, to taste

Grate the coconut, put in 1/4 cup of water and strain the juice.  Save this milk.   Strain again with 4 cups of water, and cook the rice in this water.  When soft add sugar and cocoa.  Cook until rice is soft.  chill and serve with the coconut milk.
