Mash up 4 ripe Plantains, add 2 cups of milk, 1 cup sugar (white), half cup of butter, one small glass of Vermouth, a little vanilla to flavor and mix well.  Put a little lard in a stew pan and when this is hot you begin to fry, stirring well to avoid burning. When well fried take the pan off the heat and add ground cinnamon, and send to table coverd, to keep hot.
