3 lbs. onions, peeled and chopped or 5 cups chopped onions, cook in oil twenty minutes. (save juice)
2 lbs. top round cut in thin strips
1 lb. mushrooms sliced (or canned)
Combine the above and brown.
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato paste (put in onion juice)
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Season with salt and pepper
Cover and simmer 1 hour
Serve in rice ring.
