PAPAYA FLAVORED GELATIN DESSERT


1/2 box gelatine
1/2 cup cold water
Juice 1 lemon

1 cup boiling water
1 cup papaya pulp
1/2 cup sugar

Soak gelatine in cold water five minutes.  Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water.   Add the gelatine and strain.  When cool add the papaya and lemon juice.   Place on ice to harden.
