TORTA DE ŅAME


1 lb. ņame
1/2 cup raisins
3 tablespoons butter

3 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar

Boil the ņame until soft, and mash while hot.  Beat the eggs and mix with the ņame.  Put in buttered dish and dot with butter and bake in a moderate over for twenty or thirty minutes.
