BRANDY CUSTARD SAUCE

2 eggs
1 desssert spoonful Castor Sugar
Egg cup brandy

Separate whites from yolks of eggs.  Put yolks in basin and beat well with Castor sugar.  Put basin into saucepan of cole water.  Let water come to the boil, stirring yolks and sugar all the time.  Beat whites stiff and fold into custard with a fork.  At last minte pour brandy gently int side of basin and mix with fork.   Serve at once.
