BUTTER SCOTCH SAUCE
|Caramel 1/2 cup sugar in frying
pan. Boil 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup milk together 5 minutes. Add first mixture,
boil slowly about 5 minutes, remove from stove, beat, add 1 tablespoon butter, vanilla, 1
heaping tablespoon of hypo-lite, pour into jug ready to serve.
May be served hot or cold as desired.
