MUSTARD DRESSING
(For boiled Tongue or Ham)

4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Sugar
6 tablespoons Dry Mustard
2 small teaspoons Salt

Beat 2 eggs thoroughly and add to creamed mixture.  Heat 1 cup vinegar and add to other ingredients.  Put in double boiler and cook over boiling water, stirring gently until dressing thickens.  Serve hot.
