Grate 2 oz. of Cheddar Cheese. Dust with salt, pepper and mustard.  Mix to stiff paste with milk, salad oil, beer or Worcester Sauce.  All four may be combined wtih good effect.  Spread thickly on rounds of buttered toast.  Blace under griller for few minutes and serve, immediately mixture has melted and is bubbling and is lightly browned.  Finely chopped parsley may be added as a garnish.
