GRAPE NUT PUFF PUDDING

1/2 cup Butter
4 tablespoons Flour
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons grape nuts
4 egg yolks beaten
2 cups milk
Juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
4 egg whites, well beaten

Melt butter and sugar, add yolks of eggs, flour and grapenuts, then the milk, lemon juice and rind.  Fold in the whites, pour in greased baking dish placed in boiling water.   Bake 50-60 minutes.  Serve hot or cold with sauce or just as it is.
