The weight of 2 eggs in flour, Castor sugar and butter, 1 tablespoon of marmalade, 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder.

Beat butter and sugar to a cream, add flour previously well mixed with baking powder and marmalade.  Mix very well and lastly add well beaten eggs.   When thoroughly mixed, turn into cream basin, and steam for 2 1/2 hours.  Turn out and serve with sweet sauce.
