4 large eggs
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup icing sugar
4 tablespoons sweet chocolate powder
6 sheets gelatine

Separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs and beat the yolks with the water and sugar over hot water until thickish (Treacly.)  Have gelatine all ready, dissolved in about two tablespoons cold water.  Add this gelatine to the egg yolks and sugar when quite cool.  Leave until nearly set.  Beat the whites of eggs until very stiff and fold into the mixture quickly.  Add flavoring.

Put into a mold, make a hole with a spoon and drop chocolate powder into it.  It is easier to have help and make hold with 2 spoons in center of mixture.  Decorate with chocolate shavings or cream when turned out.
