6 oranges
6 lemons
1/2 pint grated pineapple
1 gill raspberry syrup
1 pint tea
6 tablespoons honey
1 quart mineral water
1 lump of ice

Squeeze juice from oranges and lemons and strain into basin.  Add grated pineapple, raspberry syrup and tea, which must be freshly made and clear.  Stir well together and sweeten with honey.  Leave in a cool place.  When required pour it over a lump of ice in a punch bowl and add aerated water.
