GALLETAS DES NYMPHES
Put flour on a pastry board, make a little hole and pour into it a large spoonful of fresh cream and a pinch of salt, then knead so as to absorb the greatest amount of flour possible. Spread out the paste with a rolling-pin until 2 mm. thick. cut it in squares, sprinkle the surface with sugar rubbed before hand on a lemon. Put in a slow oven. As soon as the paste takes a brown color, take it out. |
