1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 can tomato soup
1 teaspoon soda
1 1/2 cup pastry flour
(Other flour will do)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Sift dry ingredients (Flour the raisins with some of the dry ingredients.)  Add the tomato soup to the creamed butter, then the dry ingredients, then the raisins and nuts; mix well.  Bake in a moderate oven 375 for 45 minutes.
