PETITS FOURS MERINGUES

2 white of eggs
1/4 lb. granulated sugar
1 1/2 oz. chocolate

Beat the whites of eggs until very stiff, add little by little th esugar and the grated chocolate, mix slowly while stirring from the bottom to the top with the egg-beater.   Put on a piece of paper in little piles with a coffee spoon.  Put in a very slow oven.
