ROLLED ORANGE BISCUITS

2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons shortening or (3 tbsp. olive oil)
2/3 cup milk
Gold Crest Orange Marmalade

Blend dry ingredients with fork.  Add shortening and cut in.  Add milk and mix lightly.

Roll out to 1/4" thickness and spread with soft butter and orange marmalade.  Roll up and cut down in slices and bake on oiled cookie sheet, or muffin tins, in oven at 450 degres for 15 minutes.
