1 yeast cake
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
5 tbsp of butter
1 cup warm water
5 cups of bread flour, measure flour before sifting

Crumble yeast in lukewarm water.  Add salt, sugar and beaten eggs.  Dissolve butter in warm water and combine the mestures.  Add 1/2 amount of sifted flour, beat well.  Add rest of flour and mix well.  Put in bowl in refrigerator and cover; let remain in refrigerator overnight.

Roll it about 1/4 of an inch thick and cut in circles.  Put piece of butter on one half circule and fold over.  Let rise 3 1/2 hours and bake 15 minutes in 400 degree oven.

This recipe makes 40 small rolls.
