BEET RELISH

Ingredients:

2 quarts beets (diced)
1 quart cabbage (cut fine)
2 green peppers (cut fine)
2 onions (cut fine)
3 cups vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
2 cups sugar

Boil 20 minutes and put in jars.
