HAM FINGERS


This is an excellent way of utilizing odd scraps of ham and any left over cold potatoes.   Chop them up together very small, add papper and salt to taste with a sprinking of chopped parsley, and mix all with two beaten-up eggs.  Then form the mixture into little rolls the size and thickness of a finger.  Deep fry until brown and serve very hot.  These fingers make delicious lunch or dinner snacks.
