FISH SOUFFLE

8 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 cups milk
2/3 teaspoon salt
2 cups cooked fish
3 1/2 talbespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cub bread crumbs
2 eggs
 

Melt butter, add flour, stir into liquid.  Cook until thickened.  Add remainder of ingredients, stir in yolks and beaten egg whites.  Put in greased dish.  Cook 30 minutes at 375 degrees
