1 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup cooked shrimps
1 1/2 fresh green corn
2 tablespoon minced green peppers

Simmer onions in butter for 5 minutes and blend in flour, slowly stir in milk.  Cook until smooth and thick.  Remove from fire and stir in beaten yolks of 2 etts.   then mix in the boiled shrimps, cut in pieces, add the corn.  Add green peppers, salt and cayenne pepper.  Last fold in 2 egg whites beaten stiff.  turn mixture into individual dishes and bake 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
