Grind together: 1 lb. Ham and 1 lb. Lean Pork
1 cup milk
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Bake until nearly done.  Drain off fat.  Stick in a few cloves.  Pour over 1 cup pineapple juice and baste several times.  Serve with slices of browned pineapple.
