LIVER CASSEROLE

1 lb. liver
4 rashers bacon
2 onions
2 carrots
Salt and pepper
Little flour
Worcester Sauce
Browning

Cut liver, rashers and vegetables in small pieces, add salt, pepper and flour.  Stir well, cover with water, then add browining and Worcester Sauce.  Put into a hot oven until it boils, lower gas and let simmer for 1 hour.
