SPAGHETTI AND MEAT BALLS

1/4 lb. parmesan cheese (grated)
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
2 medium sized onions sliced
Half of small green pepper sliced fine
1 piece of celery chopped.
Dash of Worchestershire sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, salt and pepper
1 11/2 lb. round steak ground—made into balls with shopped onion and seasonings
1 1/2 lbs. spaghetti

Boil spaghetti 15 mins. or until tender, saving water.  Saut onion, pepper, mushrooms cut in half and clery in bacon fat or butter until tender.  Add tomatoes and tomato paste and mushroom juice, also sauces and seasonings.  When mixture is bubbling add parmesan and stir rapidly so cheese won't form lumps.  Cook half an hour longer and add to spaghetti, also add spaghetti water.  Fry meat balls in bacon fat and serve.  Enough for 8 servings.
