1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon salt
2 1/2 lb. filet
4 hard boiled eggs
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 lb. salt pork
1 teaspon marjoram and thyme
Level saltspoon of finely chopped onions

Put filet and pork through mincing machine and mince very finely.  Then put it into a bowl with bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion, marjoram and thyme and mix all together.   Then break the 2 eggs into it (not beaten) and mix; then mix with the milk.

Mix well with fork or with the hands.  Put 1/2 the mixture in a long narrow tin (about 4 inches deep.)  Press evenly.  Put on top of the mixture the 4 hard boiled eggs, then put on top the other 1/2 of the mixture.  Press evenly.

Put the long tin into a baking tin with quite a lot of water in it an put into a medium oven for 1 1/2 hours.  Then take out of baking tin with water in it and put the long tin into the oven to bake for another hour in a medium oven.
