MOCK FILET MIGNON

1 1/2 lbs ground rump steak
1 tablespoon ground suet
6 slices bacon
1 teaspoonful salt
1 teaspoonful sugar
1/4 teaspoonful pepper

Mix all ingredients except bacon and make up into flat cakes 1 inch thick; wrap thin slices of bacon around cakes and fasten with toothpicks.  Broil or pan broil 15 minutes.
