MOUSSE OF TONGUE

Cooked tongue
3/4 cup whipped cream
1/2 can tomatoes
1 tablespoonful gelatine
Salt and pepper

Put tongue through the grinder; mix it with the canned tomatoes.  Add and mix with it thoroughly, the whipped cream; then the gelatine (which has been dissolved according to directions) salt and pepper.  Put in loaf pan; cake pan; muffin or whatever shape you fancy.  I put it in the ice box to get really cold.

Should jell enough to show its shape when done, turn it out.  Must be very firm.
