PIGS IN A BLANKET (POLISH DISH)

2 cups Hamburger or ground meat
1 cup rice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can tomato soup or tomato pure
1 grated onion
grated garlic
1 tablespoonful butter
1 head cabbage

Mix raw meat with uncooked rice, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter.  Wash large cabbage leaves and fill with mixture.  Roll up and tie with string and place in kettle, add tomato soup and one cup water and steam until rice is tender.
