ONION STUFFED WITH CORN

Parboil 6 large onions and scoop out part of heart, Scrape several ears of corn and to a cup of corn pulp add 2 eggs, one tablespoon of thick cream, 1 tablespoon of melted butter, salt, paprika, and sugar to taste.  Fill onions with this mixture, cover with grated Parmesan cheese, bake until custart is set.   Serve with rich cream sauce.
