SAVOURY BANANAS

1/4 lb. rice
1 teaspoon curry powder
3 bananas
1 onion
2 oz. butter

Boil rice.  Melt butter and fry bananas in it.  Keep hot while onion is chopped and fried brown.  Add rice—sprinkle with pepper, salt and curry powder.  Stir well—dish and garnish with fried bananas.
