MUSHROOM CHOP SUEY

2 Celery Stalks, diced
1 Onion, diced
1 Cup Mushrooms
2 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Bamboo Shoots, sliced
1/2 teaspoon Savita
1/2 cup Chinese Potatoes
1 cup Tomatoes peeled and sliced
3 cups bean sprouts
1 small can protose
1 tablespoon Rice Flour
Chop suey Sauce
2 cups brown Rice

Simmer celery, onion and mushrooms in butter until half cooked, add the bamboo shoots, Chinese potatoes, savita and tomatoes, simmer for ten minutes and then add the bean sprouts, protose and Chop Suey sauce and Chinese molasses to taste.  Thicken the gravy with rice flour and serve with steamed unpolished brown rice.
