TOMATO AND ARTICHOKE SALAD

6 tomatoes
6-8 cooked artichoke bottoms (canned can be used)
Mayonnaise Sauce

Method:  Split the artichoke bottoms in half.  Slice the tomatoes, arrange neatly in sald bowl or dish, pur over a little sauce and serve.  Sufficient for 5 - 6 persons.
