SALADE A L'INDIENNE

Prepare a salad of chopped lettuce, mustard and watercress and sliced tomatoes.  Fill the center of a round dish with it, and surround with a ring of sliced hard boiled egg.

Make a thick curry sauce and pour over.  Leave to chill and serve with brown breat, chutney, sandwiches.  For sauce, see "Sauces."
