TOMATO MOUSSE
(Very Good)

Cook the tomatoes after blanching them.  Press on a sieve.  Take the juice that has run through the sieve and mix it with some melted gelatine (melted in a tablespoonful or two of water.)  Season it to taste and add a teaspoonful of "Heinz" tomato sauce.  Mix carefully with tomato pulp left on the sieve (the underside), put in a ring mold and ice till set.

Fill the center of the mold when turned out with a mayonnaise of apple, pineapple, celery and banana all chopped and garnish with balls of cottage cheese in each of which a split and grilled almond has been placed.
