Chalupa Dip

2 ripe avocados
1 small can bean dip
1/2 c. (4 oz.) sour cream
1 tomato, coarsely chopped
3-4 green onions with tops, minced
4 tbsp. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 can (3 1/2 oz.) chopped black olives (drained)
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
 

Peel and mash avocados with salt, pepper and lemon juice.  Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in separate bowl.

Spread bean dip in large, shallow serving dish.  Top with avocado, then sour cream mixture.  Sprinkle with tomato, onion, chives and cheese.
