Cheese Bread

1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch slices
1 small can (3 1/2 oz.) sliced black olives
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix the cheddar cheese and mayonnaise together, then spread over one side of each slice of French bread. Place black olives onto the bread slices.  Sprinkle with paprika.   Broil until cheese melts.

Serve with your favorite Italian meal or as an appetizer.
