Cheese, Beef Hors D'Oeuvres

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. onion juice
1/4 tsp. horseradish

Combine all but cheese.  Shape into tiny balls, brown in oil, roll in cheese when drained.  Keep hot in chafing dish.
