|6 oz. cream
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
3/4 to 1 c. finely chopped bologna
(2 oz.) pimento pieces, drained
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. finely chopped, ripe olives
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
Spread on French onion crackers or buttered party rye bread for sandwiches. Form into cheese ball and garnish with parsley or add a little more liquid (from olives, relish or pimento) and use as a dip.
