Hot Ham And Cheese Sandwiches

12-16 soft deli rolls or michas
1 tsp. dry mustard
ham, sliced thin
2 sticks soft butter
1 onion, minced
2 tsp. poppy seeds
cheese, sliced

Make paste with butter, onion, mustard and poppy seeds.  Butter the rolls with this paste, add ham and cheese.  Wrap in foil and bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.

Note:   50 sandwiches - 6 sticks butter, 3 tsp. mustard, 6 tsp. poppy seeds, 1 3/4 c. onion, 1 1/2 pounds each, ham and cheese.

100 sandwiches - 3 lbs. butter, 1/3 cub mustard, 1/2 cup poppy seeds, 3 1/2 c. onion, 2 1/2 pounds ham and cheese.
