Irish Beef And Onion Sandwiches
|1 jar Armor dried
onion, very thinly sliced
white bread slices
Cut crusts off the bread slices. (Save for use in stuffing at Christmas or Thanksgiving or for your Sunday dinner).
Spread each slice of bread with Miracle Whip. Place 2-3 slices dried beef and 1 or 2 slices onion on slice of bread, cover with another slice of bread. Cut in half (to make two rectangles). Repeat until all ingredients have been used. Store sandwiches in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve.
Great to serve for St. Patrick's Day.
