Sausage Cocktail Balls

10 oz. shredded longhorn cheese 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage, uncooked

Have cheese and sausage at room temperature.

Combine the three ingredients, kneading until all dry ingredients are mixed in.  Form 1 inch balls and bake on greased cookie sheets until lightly browned (about 25 to 30 minutes at 325 to 350).  Best served warm.

After balls are formed, they may be frozen and bagged for later use.
