Spinach Dunk

1 box frozen, chopped spinach (cook, drain)
1 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 c. sour cream
 

Mix ingredients and chill for several hours.

Serve with your favorite "dunkers" -- fresh vegetables, crackers, chips, et cetera.

This stays delicious for three days if tightly wrapped, that is if you can stay out of it that long.
