Spinach Balls

2 (10 oz.) packages frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry.

3/4 c. butter
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1/2 c. fresh minced onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 eggs
salt and pepper

Chill 2 hours until hard.  Ross into balls.  Roll in Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Approximately 3 dozen.
