Hot Spiced Apple Cider

Perfect for chilly evenings at the Volcan!!

1 tsp. allspice
2 sticks cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
16 whole cloves
2 qt. apple cider
1 Boquete orange, sliced

Tie spices in a cheesecloth bag (for similar fabric we found in a local store in the Volcan).  Combine spice bag and remaining ingredients into large saucepan.  Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.  Remove spice bag; ladle into mugs.
