*Panama Jack* Corn Bread

3/4 c. margarine
4 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased, 13x9x2 pan.  Put in oven and immediately turn down over to 300F. Bake for one hour and serve warm.
