Fresh Apple Bread

 

2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 c. Wesson or Mazola oil
2 tsp soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped apples (peeled)
1 c. chopped nuts
4 Tbsp. sour cream

Sift flour, soda and salt.  Beat eggs and add the sugar, oil, cream and vanilla.   Beat well.  Add flour mixture and blend thoroughly.  Fold in apples and nuts until blended.

Pour into 2 loaf pans which have been greased and lined with waxed paper.  Bake 1 hour at 350.
