Creme De Menthe Pie

 

1 c. milk
8 Tbsp. creme de menthe
1 pt. whipped cream
48 marshmallows
4 Tbsp. white cream de cacao

Heat milk and ad marshmallows which have been cut into little pieces.  When marshmallows have melted, stir in the creme de menthe and cream de cacao.  Cool the mixture.  Fold in whipped cream and put into pie shell and freeze.

Serve frozen and cut in pie wedges.


Pie Shell:

1/2 package chocolate wafers, rolled out and crushed.  To this add 3 tablespoons melted butter and mix.  Pat into pie pan and fill with the above mixture.
