Pineapple Pie

 

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. melted oleo
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 flat can crushed pineapple, juice also
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Mix in order the above ingredients.  Pour in a 9 inch unbaked pie shell.  Bake about 10 minutes at 425.  Reduce heat to 325 and bake about 40 to 45 minutes longer.
