Black Bottoms

Chocolate Batter:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. liquid oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth, then put 1 tablespoon into small paper muffin cups.

White Batter:

1 c. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 unbeaten egg
dash of salt

Beat until smooth, then add chocolate chips.  Add 1 teaspoon of whit batter to chocolate mix in tins.   Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
